What better way to see all of this than to paddle the shores of beautiful Vancouver Island, Canada in a kayak. We are open from April to September. Adventuress offers fun wildlife tours, sunset paddles or multi-day adventures. Day tours and sunset paddles start as low as $69/person and include instruction, kayak and gear, dry bags and a certified guide; no experience necessary. Est. in 1983, Parksville Museum has become home to original heritage buildings from Parksville and nearby surrounding areas. Our collection includes Parksville’s second oldest church, the original Parksville Volunteer Fire Department building, and 2 cabins from Craig’s By the Sea Auto Camp. Grounds are open year round and buildings are open starting May 4, 2023 Thursdays through Mondays (closed Tues/Wed) from 11AM – 6PM. The atmosphere at Brigadoon is friendly and welcoming, with the course open to the public 7 days a week, no tee times. The coffee’s always on!

The MAC is a venue for art exhibitions, music performances and other arts and culture events and classes. The exhibitions in our two galleries change every six weeks. We have concerts and story telling events every month. Our git shop is full of art, jewellery, sculpture and all kinds of things all made by local artisans. There’s always something going on!
