On Saturday, March 30th, conference attendees can participate in up to 2 (two) breakout sessions. To ensure all conference attendees can participate in two breakout sessions, all six sessions will occur once in the morning and repeat again in the afternoon.
To help with planning, we request you select two breakout sessions during ticket purchase so that session speakers may prepare accordingly. Pre-selection of these sessions during ticket purchase allows us to better prepare. If you change breakout sessions during the conference, we cannot guarantee seating or materials supplied by the presenter. Please make sure to keep on hand your ticket indicating your chosen breakout sessions.

We are happy to offer group ticket purchases this year. Enjoy $10 off per ticket when you purchase a group of 5 tickets OR enjoy $15 off per ticket when you purchase 10 tickets! You can purchase as many groups of tickets as you need.

Registration check-in will take place on Friday, March 29th between 6 pm-7 pm and on Saturday, March 30th from 8 am-9 am. Express check-in will occur on Saturday, March 30th beginning at 8 am for those previously checked in on Friday.
All attendees must enter HUB 757 through the front entrance and present to the registration staff BOTH days!! No exceptions!
Any items purchased as pre-sale items (e.g., t-shirts, hats, tumblers, necklaces) will be delivered to you at check-in. All sales of these items are final.
Our cancellation policy (on conference tickets) allows for a 50% refund, less any bank transfer fees incurred by Transforming Love Ministries, for cancellations received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date.
No refunds will be made after this date. If a ticket purchaser does not cancel and fails to attend the conference, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued.
By registering for and attending the She Steps Forward conference, you are giving us your permission to use your likeness and image in media, promotional materials (including, but not limited to, photo, video, media). Transforming Love Ministries reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by Transforming Love Ministries in the course of the event, for whatever use deemed proper by Transforming Love Ministries.

Out of town attendees who plan to fly in should use Norfolk International Airport. Please note, there is no shuttle service from the airport. You may desire to arrange transportation with family and friends in the area or select a ground transportation service, such as Uber. The airport is approximately 30 minutes from the hotel.
Once here, the hotel property is adjacent to the event venue and area restaurants are within a few minutes of both.
