• Feb 15, 2020: “Big mountain, with plenty of great terrain for all abilities. Yes the lifts are slow, very slow so dress warm. In area cat skiing was a great adventure for only 10 bucks. Long way to travel, but worth it” 0
• Sep 19, 2019: “Is located in West Kootenay of B.C ,and tuck high in the Monashee Mountains , is less 7hours drive from Vancouver , plan for less a week or more to visit, lot cheaper to go Europe or Asian ,there is a lot of towns along the drive ,and close to to Nelson ,Castlegar ,Trail ,Grand forks , also not too far to Okanagan , , and it is well know for their year around activities ,( Summer the road is excellent ,but in Winter ,the ice roads is awful to drive !! ) In summer time ,there is so many out door things to do ,hiking ,golfing ,fishing ,horseback riding ,etc ,in winter , ,great place for cross country ,skiing ,snowboarding not that crazy crowned like a lot of ski resort ,lovely powder snow , resort is clean and comfortable ,we got the Stay Summer fun Vacation package for five night ,also the staff got us up grade ,and no extra charge , it is retired teenage paradise, no hustle and bustle with crowed ,just lay back and enjoy the fresh air ,mountain ,time just stop .also the town is not very big but people friendly ,think about Rossland for your next tripe !” 1
• Aug 3, 2019: “Stayed at the Slalom condos in midsummer, which is low season for this ski resort. Accommodation was clean and reasonably priced, but could not comfortably sleep the advertised number of occupants and there was no window in one bedroom, which I believe may be in contravention of the B.C. building code. There was no air conditioning. The dishwasher leaked. The entire balcony was taken up with the hot tub, the cover of which had seen better days. One day before our departure, the elevator was taken out of service. These problems were reported to management but the only problems that were addressed were replenishment of towels and toilet paper. ” 2
